Fall 2015

Spring 2016

Registration is now open!

It’s that time of year to dig the sticks out of the closet and start up our Fall Ball Saturday clinics.  This is a great time of year for players to get up to speed for the start of the season in January, have some fun and build bonds with their teammates.  Equally as import,  we need everyone’s assistance in recruiting and bringing out the new players we need each year to keep the program strong and growing.  Lacrosse is not an easy sport to master quickly so now is the time to bring those new players out to practice and hopefully master the basics prior to the start of the season.  Please give some thought to new players that you can call now to encourage them to come out to try the sport this fall.  There is no cost for the clinics and we will have extra equipment at all clinics for new players to borrow so there is nothing to lose and you may be introducing them to the best sport they will ever play.  Please give some thought to friends, classmates and neighbors that you can invite out to our first clinic Oct 10th, 10-12 at UOP.

Please don’t just think about players of the same age of your son or daughter,  we have teams for the boys from U9 – High School, Girls High School and hoping to start a new U15 Girls team if we can get the numbers.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call me or to contact the coaches for the various teams or Board Members.

The 2016 Spartan Lacrosse Club Spring Season begins in the beginning of January, 2016.  Don't wait until it's too late to register your son or daughter for the upcoming season!  Our Spartans will be playing in the NCJLA youth lacrosse league against teams throughout Northern California. Last year most of our teams finished in the top tier of their brackets and one of our teams played in the Championship game. We are hoping for similar success in 2016!

Teams will be set for the following age groups:
Boys: U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15 and High School
Girls: U15 and High School.

The online registration process will automatically decide your child's age group based upon birthdate.

Teams will practice two to three days per week with games on Saturdays or Sundays.  Players will receive the uniforms (boys: jerseys only, girls: pants & jersey) with their registration fee. The cost for registration is $290.00.  All players must have a current U.S. Lacrosse membership and the online registration will guide you to the U.S. Lacrosse website if your daughter or son is not a current member.

Register Now - registration will close on November 30, 2015 and there will be a $25.00 late fee thereafter with no exceptions.  We look forward to seeing everyone out at the fields this January!

The Stockton Spartans Youth Lacrosse program is committed to providing the opportunity for San Joaquin Valley Youth grades 4th - HS to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a safe environment.  We want this opportunity to be available to all kids regardless of their ability.  Youth sports help to keep children active, physically fit, and to learn important life lessons that are critical to their success such as respect, teamwork, and commitment.

The Stockton Spartans Lacrosse Club is a non-profit corporation whose goal is to provide the children of the San Joaquin Valley (Stockton, Galt, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, and Tracy, California) the opportunity to learn and play the game of lacrosse. We established our boys teams in 2004 and our girls teams in 2007.

We are a club sponsored program run by volunteer parents and coaches. We have established both girls and boys programs and currently have 6 club teams ranging from 4th grade through High School.

We have approximately 150 players in our program and growing yearly. Our growth has been fueled by the kids desire to play this great game and our success in attracting former college players as coaches.

Please fill out and bring the attached Medical Release found in the documents section of the website to the first session you attend.
